Recorded during lockdown with producer Nick Trepka after surviving a huge hospital emergency a couple of years ago, the song is fearlessly personal and vulnerable offering and sets the tone for things to come. In her own words she “has nothing to hide from, nothing to lose and is alive with colour.” This album is her process of exposing the non rational, existential questions we face and in the process, healing wounds, both emotionally and physically.
